Your stay at South Tarn Gites includes a complimentary 30 minute aromatherapy treatment for each member of your party.

Booking/Confirmation
To reserve your gite holiday you must sign and return the booking form with your payment of the initial 25% non-refundable deposit. By signing the booking form this indicates you agree to the Booking Conditions listed below. We will confirm your booking by post or email on receipt of deposit and completed booking form.
Final Payment of Holiday Booking
The balance of payment for the booking is required no less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday date, along with the damage deposit of £120 (150€). If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing by post or email to cancel your holiday booking.
Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday date will be required to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Breakages
A £120 (150€) damage deposit is required with the balance of holiday payment. Any breakages will be deducted from this amount at cost.
Cleaning
You are required to leave the gite in a clean and tidy condition; if not a cleaning charge of £40 (50€) will be levied.
Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, medical costs, etc.

Rental Period
Day of Arrival: from 4.00pm
Day of Departure: by 10.00 am

Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the gite.

Pets
No pets allowed.
